Refund Policy
At Spaciaa, each service is thoughtfully structured and begins with dedicated time, planning, and design effort. As a result, refunds are handled as outlined below.
Design Consultation
Once a Design Consultation session is completed, it is non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule, you may do so in accordance with the booking policy shared at the time of booking.
Design Plans & Styling Services
All design plans (including Virtual Styling, Full Home Design, and Renovation Design) are non-refundable once design work has commenced.
Design work is considered commenced once the intake form is submitted or the initial kickoff session is completed.
Cancellations Before Work Begins
If a plan is purchased and the client chooses to cancel before any design work has started, refund eligibility (if applicable) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, minus any administrative or processing fees.
Scope & Deliverables
Refunds are not issued for changes in personal preference, partial use of services, or decisions to discontinue after work has begun.
Each plan clearly outlines inclusions, exclusions, and deliverables to ensure transparency before purchase.
