These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services offered by Spaciaa. By booking a service, purchasing a design plan, or engaging with our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Scope of Services

Spaciaa provides interior design–related services including Design Consultation, Virtual Styling, Full Home Design, and Renovation Design.

All services are design-focused and may include conceptual planning, layouts, visual references, and styling guidance, as outlined per selected service or plan.

 

Unless explicitly stated, Spaciaa does not provide:

 

  • Architectural or structural drawings

  • On-site supervision or project management

  • Contractor selection, coordination, or execution

  • Procurement, installation, or material sourcing

Design Consultation

The Design Consultation is a one-time, paid session intended to provide clarity, guidance, and professional direction.

Recommendations shared during the session are advisory in nature and do not constitute execution or detailed design documentation.

Design Plans & Deliverables

Each design plan clearly outlines its inclusions, exclusions, timelines, and number of revisions.

Deliverables are shared digitally unless stated otherwise.

 

Design timelines are dependent on:

 

  • Timely completion of intake forms

  • Client responsiveness

  • Scope as defined at the start of the engagement

 

Spaciaa is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information or delayed client inputs.

Revisions

Revisions are limited to the number specified within the selected plan.

Additional revisions or extended support may be offered at an additional cost, subject to availability.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

 

  • Providing accurate and complete information during intake

  • Sharing relevant measurements, photos, and references

  • Reviewing and responding to design outputs within reasonable timelines

 

Design outcomes are dependent on the accuracy and completeness of information provided.

Payments & Pricing

All pricing is listed in INR unless otherwise stated.

Full payment is required in advance for consultations and design plans unless specified.

 

Spaciaa reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Prices applicable at the time of purchase will be honoured.

Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by Spaciaa’s Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

Please review the Refund Policy before making a purchase.

Use of Design Work

All design concepts, visuals, and documents created by Spaciaa remain the intellectual property of Spaciaa unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Designs are intended for the client’s personal use and may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold without prior consent.

 

Spaciaa reserves the right to showcase design work (including conceptual or anonymised visuals) for portfolio and promotional purposes.

Limitation of Liability

Spaciaa is not responsible for:

 

  • Decisions made during execution based on design guidance

  • Contractor errors, material availability, or cost variations

  • Outcomes resulting from third-party services

 

Design services are advisory and creative in nature.

Modifications

Spaciaa reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
